Pat Collins, a native Syracusan with college years spent in Albany and a Masters from SUNY Potsdam, landed here when my husband was offered a job. We arrived here with three children and soon after two more came becoming North Country born. Though offered positions in other places, we felt this was a wonderful place to raise a family and so we did! Great choice on our part!
